RIO DE JANEIRO, March 28 (Xinhua) -- Palmeiras have signed Uruguayan left-back Egidio from Ukrainian top-flight outfit Dnipro, the Brazilian club said on Saturday.
The announcement comes a day after Palmeiras' first-choice left-back, Joao Paulo, ruptured knee ligaments while training.
